Il est bas\u00e9 sur une question du type : \u00ab\u00a0Sur une \u00e9chelle de 0 \u00e0 10, dans quelle mesure recommanderiez vous votre entreprise \u00e0 un proche ?\u00a0\u00bb<\/p><p>Pour l\u2019analyse des r\u00e9sultats, les r\u00e9ponses sont ensuite regroup\u00e9es en trois cat\u00e9gories : les \u201cpromoteurs\u201d (entre 9 et 10) sont ceux qui recommanderait l\u2019entreprise, les \u201cpassifs\u201d ou \u201cneutres\u201d (entre 7 et 8) sont ceux qui ne recommanderaient ni ne la d\u00e9conseilleraient, et enfin les d\u00e9tracteurs (entre 0 et 6) qui sont ceux qui d\u00e9conseilleraient votre entreprise.<\/p><p><!-- notionvc: 7c47909f-c4d9-4808-abc5-3ee8fe3c3b58 --><\/p><p>L&rsquo;eNPS est calcul\u00e9 en soustrayant le pourcentage de d\u00e9tracteurs du pourcentage de promoteurs.
