En cas de non-respect de cette obligation, ils doivent verser une contribution annuelle \u00e0 l\u2019URSSAF, ensuite revers\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019AGEFIPH (secteur priv\u00e9) ou au FIPHFP (secteur public).<\/p><p><!-- notionvc: 123337c6-e5e2-40e5-af9a-66d9bb1585f4 --><\/p><p>En 2018, une nouvelle r\u00e9glementation contraint les employeurs de 250 collaborateurs et plus \u00e0 d\u00e9signer un r\u00e9f\u00e9rent handicap interne ou externe et \u00e0 le former. Depuis 2020, tous les employeurs ont l\u2019obligation de d\u00e9claration DOETH mensuellement via la D\u00e9claration Sociale Nominative (DSN). Le taux d\u2019emploi doit \u00eatre appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 au niveau de l\u2019entreprise ou du groupe et non plus \u00e9tablissement par \u00e9tablissement.<\/p><h2>La RSE et les handicaps en entreprise<\/h2><p><strong>La politique handicap<\/strong> est au c\u0153ur de la strat\u00e9gie RH-RSE des entreprises inclusives. Cette d\u00e9marche vise \u00e0 favoriser l&rsquo;inclusion des personnes en situation de handicap dans le monde professionnel en les accueillant dans un environnement de travail o\u00f9 chaque talent, ind\u00e9pendamment de ses particularit\u00e9s, est valoris\u00e9.<\/p><p>Lorsqu\u2019on parle de politique handicap, on doit consid\u00e9rer trois \u00e9l\u00e9ments :<\/p><p><!-- notionvc: 00a621f9-0857-4b51-9170-37d7e7f2a460 --><\/p><ol><li><strong>Respecter la r\u00e9glementation<\/strong> : Les lois, qu\u2019elles soient locales, r\u00e9gionales ou nationales, tendent de plus en plus \u00e0 int\u00e9grer des \u00e9l\u00e9ments sociaux. Il est donc n\u00e9cessaire de s\u2019assurer de suivre toutes les exigences l\u00e9gales (non-discrimination, heures de travail, obligations d\u2019emploi&#8230;).<\/li><li><strong>Avoir une approche de gestion des risques<\/strong> : Pour ce faire, il faut r\u00e9aliser une analyse des risques, toutes les entreprises d\u2019au moins un salari\u00e9 r\u00e9alisent d\u00e9j\u00e0 leur DUERP. Si vous ne savez pas par o\u00f9 commencer, vous posez des questions telles que \u00ab quels sont mes risques juridiques, RH, business \u00e0 ne pas mettre telle action en place ? \u00bb.<\/li><li><strong>Avoir une d\u00e9marche d&rsquo;impact<\/strong> : Parce qu\u2019avoir une approche RSE, c\u2019est essayer de faire rayonner les sujets adress\u00e9s au-del\u00e0 des obligations et des r\u00e9glementations pour saisir des opportunit\u00e9s. Comment mon entreprise peut-elle g\u00e9n\u00e9rer un impact positif ? Comment faire en sorte que mon entreprise soit repr\u00e9sentative de la diversit\u00e9 ? Comment, en tant qu\u2019entreprise, j\u2019int\u00e8gre ce volet handicap ?<\/li><\/ol><div>\u00a0<\/div><div><p><strong>La mise en place d\u2019une politique handicap implique :<\/strong><\/p><ol><li>R\u00e9aliser une \u00e9tude de terrain afin d\u2019\u00e9tablir un diagnostic.<\/li><li>Impliquer un maximum de collaborateurs dans la d\u00e9marche.<\/li><li>\u00c9valuer les actions r\u00e9alis\u00e9es et communiquer de mani\u00e8re transparente.<\/li><\/ol><div>\u00a0<\/div><div><h2>Les essentiels pour une d\u00e9marche r\u00e9ussie<\/h2><p>Pour r\u00e9ussir la mise en place d&rsquo;une politique handicap en entreprise, le r\u00f4le de r\u00e9f\u00e9rent handicap peut se r\u00e9v\u00e9ler essentiel (m\u00eame si vous ne faites pas partie des entreprises assujetties). Cette personne doit poss\u00e9der des comp\u00e9tences sp\u00e9cifiques qu\u2019elle peut acqu\u00e9rir via la formation ou en se faisant accompagner par l\u2019AGEFIPH ou la m\u00e9decine du travail.
